    The Book Garden opens

    Photo provided by Diane LeViseur

Heather, Christopher and Elizabeth Yarnington of Monroe helped Diane LeViseur, president of the Friends of the Monroe Free Library, at the grand opening last Saturday of The Book Garden, a bookstore of slightly used reading materials, CDs and DVDs located adjacent to the Monroe Free Library on Millpond Parkway. Proceeds from The Book Garden are used to support other library programs. The store is open Saturdays from 10 a.m. to noon; a second day will be added each week during summer months. For more, call 783-4411.
