Jay Beaumont, former director of the Orange County Water Authority, recently gave Warwick Rotarians a short course on the geology of the area and the importance of proper planning to maintain healthy water quality. Rotarian Alan Fernandez later presented a $1,000 check to Rotary International’s “Pure Water for the World” project. Beaumont is now executive vice president of Eustance & Horowitz, P.C., a firm based in Circleville which specializes in engineering, planning and surveying.
