    NYS Thruway: For information see www.nysthruway.gov/tas/

    Chester-Washingtonville State Hwy 94: between Hudson Road and Craigville Road, expect roadwork with single line of traffic alternating directions between the hours of 6:40 a.m. and 5:45 p.m.

    Middletown / Wallkill Area:

    Route 17: between Exit 116 (State Hwy 17K) and Exit 121 (I-84); construction, one lane blocked; two lanes open in each direction during construction with the exception of eastbound between Exit 120, Route 211, and Exit 118, Brown Road, which will have one lane of traffic only. Watch for flagging personnel, temporary lane closures and occasional stoppages.

    NYS Highway 211 at Dunning Road; road work with northbound lane closures (up to two lanes) between 7 p.m. - 6 a.m.

    Route 211 at Tower Drive; roadwork in southbound lane; closures (up to two lanes) between 7 p.m. - 6 a.m.

    Tappan Zee Bridge: deck replacement / repairs continue during off-peak hours (9 a.m. - 3 p.m.) and at night; estimated completion in the fall of 2009. Watch for Dynamic Message Signs and listen to Highway Advisory Radio 530 AM.

     Friday, August 14: off-peak repairs beginning at milepost 13.1 to 15.0, between 9:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.

    Overnight closures of 1-3 northbound lanes for maintenance will occur starting at 9 p.m., beginning at milepost 13.1 to west abutment. At least one northbound lane and two southbound lanes open to traffic from 11:30 p.m. to 6 a.m.; all open by 8 a.m. the following day.

    Saturday, August 15: no work scheduled.

    Town of Warwick: Pine Island Turnpike (County Road 1, south of CR 12) Bridge over Wallkill River closed for repairs until mid-August 2009; posted detour.

    Woodbury. I-87 Woodbury Toll barrier high-speed E-Z pass will have north and southbound lane closures between 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.



    Overnight lane closures between 6 p.m. - 7 a.m. Watch for message signs.

    I-87, area of Exit 16/State Hwy 17, north and southbound roadwork and lane closures between the hours of 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.;

    I-87 at mile marker 43.07, bridge painting between Exit 16/ State Highway 17 and Exit 17/ I-87; north and southbound right lane and shoulder closed between 10 p.m. - 6 a.m.; southbound lane closed between 9 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
