Chester - George McIlroy has joined JP Packaging, a Chester-based flexible packaging industry company, as vice president of sales.
McIlroy brings 25 years of professional packaging experience to his new role including 10 years in contract packaging for unit dose packettes on behalf of some of the largest companies in the industry. During his career he has successfully developed business for major accounts including P&G, Colgate and L’Oreal.
McIlroy’s career includes the position of national sales manager for an Ohio-based contract packager where he directed its sales and marketing efforts. He led direct sales to all major accounts while managing a manufacturing sales representative team.
