    Blood drive to honor 1st Lt. Lou Allen


    Chester — The 1st Lt. Lou Allen Blood Drive will be held from 3:30 to 7 p.m. at the old Chester Junior Senior High School, 3 Maple Ave., Chester.

    Congressman John Hall will be at the blood drive at around 4 or 5 p.m.

    The drive honors 1st Lt. Lou Allen, a Chester native who died while serving in Iraq.
