Alfredo Mendoza-Santos, 25, of Middletown was arrested on a charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in Village of Chester Court on Nov. 5 at 3 p.m.
Darren Steward, 28, of Monticello was arrested on a charge of petit larceny, a misdemeanor. He was remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail to appear in village court on Oct. 8 at 3 p.m.
Kristen Nelson, 25, of Montgomery was arrested on a charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on Oct. 8 at 3 p.m.
