    Monroe Village Police


    Oct. 7

    Andrew Sgaglio, 43, of Marc Terrace, Monroe, was charged with second-degree harassment, a violation. He was released pending a future court appearance.

    Oct. 8

    Rogelio Gutierrez, 20, of Lakes Road, Monroe, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released to appear in village court on Nov. 4.

    Oct. 12

    A 16-year-old Harriman male was charged with second-degree harassment, a violation. He was released pending a later court appearance.

    Oct. 14

    Two 16-year-old Monroe males were charged with second-degree harassment, a violation. They were released to appear in village court on Nov. 14.

    Oct. 15

    Tawel Szpunar, 22, of Sunset Heights, Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and first-degree loitering, misdemeanors. He was released pending a Nov. 4 court appearance.

    Derrick Hanna, 22, of Cottage Street, Warwick, was charged with first-degree loitering, a misdemeanor. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $250 bail pending a future court appearance.
