    Halloween curfew in the Village of Chester


    Chester — The Village of Chester Police Department will enforce a Halloween curfew according to the following schedule:

    Friday, Oct. 30 — 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.

    Saturday, Oct. 31 — 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 1.

    During these hours, youngsters under 18 are prohibited from being in a public place unless in the company of a parent, guardian, custodian, spouse or other adult having custody or control over them.
