    Broker/Sales Associate Denise Hart and Sales Associate Alison Callow of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Sparta were honored as the company’s Sussex County Associates for August, ranking first in overall sales production among their colleagues.

    Barbara Bertone of RE/MAX Platinum Groupin Sparta has earned the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation, having completed extensive training in foreclosure avoidance and short sales.

    Loretta Chiapperino of Century 21 Gross & Jansen Realtors Vernon office has recently concluded training by the National Association of Realtors, and is now distinguished as a “Green” realtor. There are only a handful of realtors who have passed the NAR “Green” course.
