    State Police at Monroe


    Oct. 21

    A 14-year-old male from Port Jervis was charged with second-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief, felonies. He was issued an appearance ticket.

    Oct. 22

    A 13-year-old Rosendale male was charged with second-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief, felonies. He was issued an appearance ticket.

    Oct. 25

    Auguste Sanon, 54, of Brooklyn, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

    Charlemagne Desir, 43, of Brooklyn, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

    Yoel Klein, 26, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released on bail.

    Oct. 26

    Jennifer L. Murphy, 21, of Harriman, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket.

    An 18-year-old Chester male was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket.

    A 14-year-old male from Port Jervis was charged with second-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief, felonies. He was issued an appearance ticket.



    Oct. 27

    Kevin F. Rapp, 55, of Hicksville, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and several traffic violations. He was sent to Orange County Jail.

    Oct. 28

    Jeremy McKenna, 33, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.



    Oct. 29

    Jeffrey S. Saibel, 59, Greenwood Lake, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor. He was remanded to Orange County Jail.

    Bartholomew W. Atkinson, 22, of Monroe, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket.

    Oct. 30



    Jennie L. Burleigh, 24, of Ramapo, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket.

    Nov. 1

    Justin Lecht, 24, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
