    Village of Goshen Police


    October 23

    Edwin Rodriguez, 31, of Goshen was charged with assault, a misdemeanor, menacing, a misdemeanor and criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. He was arraigned before Judge Thomas Cione and was released on his own recognizance to appear in village court on Oct. 28.

    October 26

    Hope Springer, 23, of Middletown was charged with burglary, a felony; making a false statement, a misdemeanor; petit larceny, a misdemeanor; and criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. She was arraigned before Judge Thomas Cione and committed to the Orange County Jail on $2,500 bail to appear in village court on Oct. 30.

    October 28

    Michael Colon, 44, of Middletown was arrested on a warrant out of the City of Middletown Court. He was turned over to the City of Middletown Police.

    Ida Kessler, 46, of Goshen was charged with grand larceny, a felony; and falsifying business records, a misdemeanor. She was arraigned before Judge Thomas Cione and posted $1,000 bail to appear in village court on Dec. 9.

    October 30

    Santi Hito, 37, of Goshen was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance to appear in village court on Nov. 4.
