Photo supplied Almost there Two weeks ago The West Milford Messenger featured a story about Jack Romano, an Eagle Scout candidate who is raising money to help fund his project, a free concert at Bubbling Springs, which takes place this Tuesday, Aug. 3. Jack has nearly reached his goal, raising $390 in donations as of press time. He is short just $120 of his goal so if anyone would like to help him out, he would certainly still appreciate it. “Broadway Under the Stars” concert will feature approximately 20 local youth performing show tunes from well-known favorites like Guys and Dolls and My Fair Lady, as well as songs from newer Broadway productions such as Spring Awakening and Legally Blonde. And it’s all directed by Jack. Anyone wishing to make a donation may still do so. Send a check made out to Jack Romano to 12 Daniel St., Oak Ridge, NJ 07438. And be sure to come out to Bubbling Springs on Tuesday night, 7:15 p.m. Bring a blanket or lawn chair. Refreshments will be available
